"Sara was an exceptional asset ... "
October 4, 2006 Sara Littlefield has represented us as both seller and buyer. We sold a house on Nearwater Lane in Darien and bought in Silvermine. Extremely professional and thorough, Sara was an exceptional asset throughout two transactions. Sara’s knowledge of the market, expert advice and partnering approach bolstered our confidence and peace-of-mind during a challenging time. As Top Sales Executive for Darien’s Prudential Connecticut office, Sara continues to demonstrate her core commitment to meeting and exceeding any client’s requirements. Highly motivated and energetic, Sara does whatever it takes to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Sara is a person of integrity and high values. We recognized immediately that she would unreservedly represent our interests through the complex process, with regular communications and sensitivity to our needs. Sara strives for excellence and consistently produces solid, tangible results. She does not disappoint. We are delighted to recommend Sara and look forward to the possibility of working with her again. Best regards, Terea and Frank Wainwright

Selling Your Home >Reviving the Listing
In every town there are homes that sell rather quickly, while others linger on the market. Real estate professionals suggest numerous approaches to maximizing a home's curb appeal -- everything from fresh paint to new landscaping. But if the "For Sale" sign in front of your house has become a neighborhood fixture, it is important to work with your real estate agent to keep your listing fresh.
Whenever your house is shown, the real estate agent will get feedback from the buyers or other agents about what they liked about your house and what did not work for them. Allow your agent to be completely frank with you about any feedback he or she receives. Listen with an open mind and with the understanding that there is nothing personal about these comments. Don't delay in implementing any of the ideas that make sense to you.
Your real estate agent's job is to come up with new ideas for marketing your home in order to get buyers inside. Your job is to ensure that your house looks its best.
