On a scale of 1-10, I give Sara Littlefield a 12! Prior to selected Sara Littlefield, we had listed our home for sale--unsuccessfully--with two other agencies/realtors in Darien. Through experience, we learned that a sales agent's sales record, marketing programs, negotiation skills and team approach were key to a successful sales transaction. Sara's background was a perfect match for all the criteria--and more. Sara's team approach prior to launching our home was invaluable. I don't know how I would have prepared the house for showings without her team's help. Her staging and pre-inspection processes prior to listing were invaluable and made the entire process seamless.
